In this episode of gossip girl Season 2 ,Ultimately, it was the beginning of the new year. Serena(Blake Lively) was very annoyed to know that Dan had moved on Amanda, a new girl in the school. It was time for Blair to step in and take the situation in her hands. She decided to befriend Amanda along with her circle of friends so that Amanda-Dan growing relationship could be put behind the bars. On the other hand, Vanessa discovered something secret about Catherine that Catherine and her step-son were sleeping together, and decided to take Blair’s help to make Nate aware about it. But, all plans backfired. Elsewhere, Lily started developing feelings for her ex, Rufus again.
