Gossip Girl Episodes :-Victor/Victrola
Serena Van der Woodsen and Dan Humphrey have at last discovered that they are totally crazy for each other, and the fact that they belong to totally different worlds doesn’t affect them anymore. Chuck Bass wishes to invest in Victrola, a sleazy club to impress his father, but when he goes to meet him he sees his father with Serena’s mother, Lillian Van der Woodsen with whom, it seems, he is quite committed. Chuck’s father dismisses all Chuck’s plans to invest in the Victorla by mentioning him that the best way, Chuck can really impress his father is by getting good grades at school and probably work on a part- time job. Chuck is very frustrated with his father’s ideas.
Nate Archibald has discovered drugs in his house and discusses the issue out with his father. Jenny Humphrey has again witnessed the spectacle of a fight between her parents but makes herself believe that things would soon work out within her family. Her elder brother Dan is enjoying sexual fantasies regarding Serena but he also witnesses the argument going in the house and both Jenny and Dan learn that their mother is having a love affair with a neighbor. Jenny is still optimistic that things will go well in the future, Nate tries to coax Jenny not to mention to Blair that he had mistakenly kissed her instead of Serena and wants Jenny to lie.
There is a dinner being organized to commemorate the sealing of a business deal between the Waldorfs and Archibalds, and as Blair chooses a dress for herself, her mother Eleanor Waldorf informs her that Nate had requested for the family ring to propose to Blair.
Dan and Serena are just about to have sex when Vanessa comes in for a talk and then they again try to be intimate but this time Rufus Humphrey plays the spoilsport.
Chuck Bass informs Lillian that he had seen his father getting close with an Asian woman with long legs but Lillian is amused as whoever has known Mr. Bass for a long period of time, knows about his womanizing ways too. Blair Waldorf returns the bracelet to Jenny Humphrey and Jenny reveals the truth of her boyfriend, that Nate still loves Serena.
Nate Archibald discusses the drug issue with his mother but is disappointed as his mother refuses to believe that the Captain has been addicted to drugs and needs professional help to overcome this problem. At the dinner with the Waldorfs, the Captain forces Blair to wear the family ring in order to check how much it compliments her. This, in spite of the fact, that Nate had told everyone that things are not going very well with Blair and him.
Later, Dan is engrossed in porn as he needs to be well prepared to have sex with Serena. Vanessa comes in again and advises her friend to decorate his room well to have a better sexual atmosphere.
Ultimately when his father also lends him the same advice Dan gives up and proceeds to get his room ready for some very good time with Serena.
Chuck’s father goes with Chuck’s proposal for the Victrola and the Asian woman that Chuck had seen him with was a business associate who had helped him arrive at the decision.
Nate also has a talk with his father, but his father is not as polite as Chuck’s and punches him hard, when Nate tells him that he needs help. Nate calls up the police and gets his father arrested.
Nate also has a rough time with Blair as they have an argument and Blair rushes to go to Victrola.
Nate’s mother explains to Nate later that police had been waiting to arrest his father as they had been building up a case against him for a long time and the family won’t be able to afford the million dollar bail set up by the court.
Serena is delighted with the pleasant surprise Dan has made up by making the room special for their first time, and she is bit afraid as no guy looked at her ever as Dan did.
The Episode ends up with Serena and Dan getting into Dan’s bed and Blair and Chuck making out in Chuck’s limousine.
