Blair’s new perky mind-set made Nate to rely upon Chuck to find out its actual reason. He told Nate that Blair had an affair with St. Jude’s alum Carter Baizen, which resulted in Nate punching Carter. After coming to know about it, Blair brought it to an end with Chuck and returned to Nate. The couple, Nate and Blair, spent a passionate night together. On the other hand, Lily green lighted Dan and Serena relationship. Jenny decided to attend the ball, despite the fact that it was the opening of Alison’s art gallery on the same night.
