Personal Life- Chace Crawford belongs to the family where his father is a dermatologist and mother is a teacher. His younger sister Candice Crawford is Miss Missouri USA of 2008. He was never serious about pursuing an acting career, instead he was confused about choosing advertising, business and communications. After graduation in 2003 he did modeling for Dallas. Later on his mother convinced him to go for acting, as according to her he was very good at performing arts in his school. So Crawford moved to Los Angeles and started acting as a hobby.
Career Credits- In 2006. Chace got a break in the movie Long Lost Son and played Gabrielle Anwar’s son. He has also worked in a Horror thriller The Covenant. In 2007 he got his most popular role as Nate in Gossip girl and which gave him his identity and great fan following. Girls are mad for one glimpse of Nate. His movie The Haunting of Molly Hartley has got released in 2008, along with this he made guest appearance in the episode ‘The former life of Brian’ of Family guy.
Nate’s Role- Nate is son of a successful businessman. He remained shuttling between Blair and Serena as their boyfriend in the first season. Once he realizes that with Serena, its just infatuation and he loves Blair, but later on confesses that he has feelings for Serena and breaks up with Blair. He is equally disturbed with his father’s involvement in drugs dealing and embezzlement as well as he is fed up of his planned life schedule by his father, which includes his marriage with Blair.
